Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I am from the South. I can do a natural Southern accent and I can also make it go away. I just finished a commercial where they wanted me to "beef" up my Southern accent as the character I was protraying was an "everyday young woman with concerns about the environment". I also did a voiceover for a commercial where there were environmental issues as the focus. I had to be serious yet soft. However they wanted a "hint" of my accent but they didn't want it strong.

My Voice Experience

I am SAG eligible at this point however I have not paid the dues to become a member. I will at any given notice that I need to.

I have been asked more times than applied for voiceover auditions. Actually...100% of the TIMES. This is why I've decided to actually pursue this. I was approached by an ad agency to audtion for a Dunkin Doughnuts voiceover. However they decided to go with a male voice. I was also asked to audition for a Coffee voiceover from a post production house.

I was also approached by a commercial director to be the voice & rep for an web ad for "Islands" restaurant where I was cast. It was a job pitch from a production company. They cast me, used the ad and ended up getting the job. In that I was a young, casual beach girl who just had a lot of fun.

I also was asked to audition for and got a voiceover for the "GM Ethanol Campaign". It was a national commercial and I was the voiceover for it.

I was also just recently asked to audition for a speaking part in a Cigna commercial. I got a call back just today and we film in two weeks. My role is a young, everyday mother in her 20's with concerns about her family's health needs regarding insurance.

I have also been recently cast in a reality TV series that begins filming in June on event planners.

I got a role on the movie SpiderMan II where I received two SAG vouchers. I also received a rold on the TV show "Commander In Chief" where I also received a SAG voucher.
