My Voice Experience

I have over 30 year's experience in commercial radio, and am adept at adjusting my voice as needed. My experience has been both in a newsroom and as part of an FM morning show, so I am as comfortable narrating with a warm, authoritative tone, as I am goofing around with the boys. Commercially, I have voiced everything from ads for car dealers to yoga studios. Smooth and professional? Yes. Sexy and fun? Yep. You tell me how you want it sold, and I will get you results. With the exception of impersonations or cartooned voices. :)

My Training

My training over the years has been strictly on-the-job. I have been a radio announcer for all of my working life, and have done everything from spin Top 40 tunes to manage a newsroom. I have narrated plays, emceed countless events, been part of an FM radio morning show, hosted televised events and interviews, been the voice of on-hold messages.
From time to time I have taken both radio and voice over seminars at both Northwestern Michigan College, and the Discovery Center in Chicago, participated as a media advisory in the Leadership Grand Traverse Program, and been a part of the Sonic Bloom Recording Studio's Radio Cafe interview program.

My Studio Equipment

I have anytime access to a studio that has any and all equipment needed. How knowledgeable am I? Not too. That's why I use a professional production house.
