Voice Description

Well my voice has made a lot of people laugh and me some money for the last 6 years. I got my start as a P/T character on a local radio morning show mostly doing cartoon character voice parody's (i.e. Simpson’s, Scooby-do, Muppets, Disney) and some political satire (Bush sr., the Govinator of Kalifornia, Clinton, Tricky Dick).
After radio I worked at night clubs and cabarets as a Host/DJ and more recently doing audio video production. I'm looking for creative projects that will inspire and challenge me.
I would like to work on some children’s characters, animated television, and Original character development.

My Voice Experience

I started doing Character Impersonation Skits on the "Budman and Booger Show" KWYL 93.7-102.9 in Reno, NV. I then started recording and editing local radio commercials promoting local clubs and concerts. In November 2003 I moved to Phoenix while my wife attended Collage, unable to find any radio work I would Host/DJ at night clubs and cabarets. Now I’ve been back in Reno since October and spent the winter snowboarding Tahoe and filming my latest project. Now I'm doing the audio/video editing and production for the film and setting up the summer shooting schedule… stay tuned Reno, 431 Productions to release its first Reno/Tahoe Board Sports film before Christmas!

My Training

As far as formal voice training I was in choir for 2 years in high school. Musical training I gained from 6 years in band playing brass and percussion instruments. I learned sound editing and production while working at KWYL for 2 years. Everything else I learned by myself from the internet or software resources.
