Voice Description

My voice is real, young and fresh. I can be fun and energetic for commercials, or warm and welcoming for narrations. When necessary I can also sound confident and with authority.
My native language is Mexican-Spanish, however I have a very good command of English as I've been living in Canada for more than a decade. I can certainly perform in English with a light Spanish accent (actually, most people can't guess where my accent is from, many confuse it with eastern european).

My Voice Experience

I've been working in radio as a Spanish announcer for the past eight years and have also done a variety of multimedia narrations for local events. On 2007 I was cast to do a voice over for the movie: The Secret of the Nutcracker in Italian! (I can read Italian lines) I felt very proud of it, since Italian is not my first language and there were real Italian speakers available for the part. I have also done professional recordings in English where a fluent but accented English was required. My acting talent was discovered when performing as a dancer in a local theatre. I was invited to audition for a film and since then, everything started rolling. I've had a few speaking parts in English and Spanish for both the film and corporate industry, including work for the Government of Canada.

My Training

I've been fortunate enough to have a couple of personal internationally recognized voice coaches. Both have helped me to get where I am in terms of voice performing. I've also taken voiceover courses with one of the best voice performing schools in Canada.
I hold a University degree in Marketing with a Major in Communications.
