My Voice Experience

I started out as a child... by re-telling Bill Cosby stories to my sisters. Cartoon charactors and regional dialects were fine tuned as I traveled and lived in eight U.S. states. After a few small town radio VO's I enrolled in Columbia School of Broadcasting followed by and Advertising / Journalism degree in 1988. More scripts followed and lots of reading practice to develop a narrative "voice of God" sound. Current voice of public library automated notification and renewal systems.

Practice, practice, practice. Learned pace, inflection and annunciation techniques from private vocal coach.

Sound booth with Studio Mic and Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro.
