Voice Description
Much practiced speaking voice, filled with highs and lows according to what the project requires. Trained on the dramatic and musical stage, and now weekly presenting passionate sermons to my congregation.
A voice with great range, from friendly and soft-spoken all the way to impassioned or even silly. But always with energy, enthusiasm and flexibility for your project.

My Voice Experience
I have recorded material for broadcast on local radio station, and narrated radio shows.
I'm currently speaking on weekly basis to local congregation, and re-recording those sermons for internet broadcast.
Looking to build experience base with broad range of projects.

My Training
BA from Concordia University, Wisconsin, which included public speaking. Master's Degree from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO with much experience in public speaking.
Voice originally trained in dramatic arts with multiple experiences in stage acting, including dramas and musicals, making characters come to life largely through the sounds of voice.
Currently practicing the art of public speaking and dramatic reading by full-time work as preaching and teaching pastor at local Lutheran congregation.
Acting and pastoral experience gives my voice range, flexibility, and sensitivity.
My Studio Equipment
MXL Studio1 USB microphone (with pop filter) connected to quad-core or dual-core computer equipped with digital recorder. Sound-isolation measures taken in home studio using acoustic foam panels.
Able to deliver files in MP3, WAV, or other formats.
Proudly recording in open-source Audacity, and community-driven Reaper.
