Voice Description

My voice can range from the most cold and serious to the most lighthearted and warm. I can do many impersonations, including cross-gender, famous people, everyday people (including my co-workers), etc. Really, it is all open to your imagination. Whatever your female-impersonated or male voice needs, whether it is a deep-voiced enthusiastic advertisement, a cool/calm narration, a wacky impersonation, a cartoon voice, or a combination of the like, I can perform for you!

My Voice Experience

I have been doing impersonations and performing various voices for more than 25 years, but professionally I am just starting out. I have been doing several auditions already, and these samples are available on my profile. This is something I have always wanted to do in which I hold great passion.

My Training

While my education is mostly in engineering (Armstrong Atlantic State University, Georgia Tech), business (A.S. degree in Business Administration from Dalton State College), and recording engineering (Diploma from Audio Institute of America--Honor Graduate), my experience is high in recording in my home studio, which I have had for 6 years now. I have also been a recording musician for about 6 years, and I currently have a CD released independently. As far as acting goes, I've had some classes in high school, and I've performed in several church plays in the past. However, acting comes to me naturally since I am able to embody the personality of the character(s) described in the script.

Additional Skills

I use an M-Audio Delta 1010LT sound card, a Shure SM-57 microphone, an MXL 2003 microphone, and Cubase SX with various plug-ins. Therefore, I am able to produce professional results. I only have dial-up internet service, but it would be no problem to use my brother's cable internet connection to deliver MP3s, WAVs, etc. if needed. I also have an FTP site with the host of my band's website. I can also mail CDs out. ISDN MAY be possible, but I will have to drive to Atlanta for that and get the clearance of the post-production house. I will be able to service your needs. Though I do not have a lot of professional experience yet, I have now found the outlet to get it and be able to put my voice talents to good use.
