My experience was working for an English teaching magazine in Spain. It involved a wide variety of voices. For lower level English training the emphasis was on slow CLEAR narrations or short dialogues. For higher levels, things became more enjoyable where I performed anything from British politician to New Jersey wiseguy. The emphasis was always on clarity which is why I did well. I was also used to highlight differences between American and English pronunciation.
I received standard voice training during high school and college when I did theatre in extra mural activities. It just led from there.
I'm a techie at heart so the IT jargon isn't greek to me. I am proficient at Microsoft Office packages, and I always realise the benefits of being professional no matter what level.
