My Voice Experience
When I used to work a customer service job over the phone, I was told my several women that my voice was "beautiful and relaxing", and made them feel very comfortable. Obviously, this was a compliment on several levels. I've never had any trouble getting a perfect "Thank you for calling ****, My name is Christopher. How can I help you today?" with all the appropriate inflections. In customer service the name of the game was to keep your cool no matter what the customer was giving you - If they were yelling at you, it was almost satisfying to keep a calm and somewhat authorotative sounding tone. I've also done collections, which required a bit more firmness and seriousness.
In college, I hosted my own radio show each week. This is where I developed my speaking and delivery skills. I have also sang in my high school and college choruses - bass, of course.
My Training
When going to work for the Bose Corporation, I was able to attend classes on speaking clearly and concisely, to train for the position I would be working for them.
I also sang in my high school and college chorus, where I recieved instruction in voice and breath control. I was able to sing with a full, deep, and rich tone.
In addition, I've worked customer service jobs over the phone for several years, and voice control has been important for that. It is necessary to maintain and calm and soothing tone no matter how the customer reacts in order to get the best results.

Additional Skills
I have a BA in music, specifically for audio engineering. I can operate audio recording software, and have plenty of experience in a recording studio. I have also done public speaking, and radio hosting. Over the phone, I have done customer service, and collections. I am able to control the inflections and tone of my voice very well, and can maintain good breath control as well.
