My Voice Experience

Chris's voiceover career began in 1979 as the image voice of WFPG in Atlantic City, NJ. he was only 17, but the program director of this extremely powerful station liked his delivery and his voiceover career began.

After college at Marquette University, where he studied Speech and Theatre, Chris moved back to the east coast and throughout the 80s and early 90s performed in several live theatrical presentations. "A producer from HBO heard me, and I became the voice at the beginning of each movie that says "The following movie is rated R" (Or PG, G, etc.), says Chris. At the same time, he signed with an agent and began recording commercials and industrial projects at the famous "NFL Films" studios, Baker Sound Studios, Audio Engine, and many other popular studios.

In addition, Chris appeared as a principal in a few national television commercials including Quickie Sponge Mops, AAA, All State Motor Club, and more. Recently he's acted in two independent films now in post production. One is a starring role, the other in a supporting role.

Chris currently operates his studio out of Scottsdale, Arizona where he's been regularly providing voiceovers on multi-million dollar national campaigns for some of North America's most recognized brands.

You may have heard him on commercials for Macy's, Budweiser, Starz! Encore, Cable One, The PGA Tour, DR Horton Homes, Continental Homes, CBS, Sears, The Golf Channel, P90X Get Fit in 90 Days, and hundreds more.

He is also heard worldwide on a variety of industrial projects, too. Chris has voiced documentaries for television, hundreds of industrial films, and points of purchase videos. In his 30+ years as a professional, Chris has won more than 70 Telly awards and received other recognition in the advertising industry for his voice-over talent.

Chris's background also includes years as an on-camera spokesman, singer, and musician, and "live" trade show presenter.
