I can effortlessly increase and slow the pace down as required. I can have a laugh in my voice or can make it sound more serious. My voice is very smooth, mid-range and feminine. I has been describd as "classy" without being pretentious. I believe I can impart information in an interesting and lively way - people enjoy listening to my voice and have urged my to expand my voice-over talent.

My Voice Experience

I have always been complimented on my voice. In my career as a customer service manager for an international brewer, my voice and the way I use it has helped to defuse tense situations and turn a unsatisfactory communication into a meaningful one. I am often asked to be "the one who represents us by voicing our views" in my public and private life.

My Training

I have spoken at regional and national seminars in the UK whilst working for an international brewer. My voice was used to record greeting and information messages. From an early age I think I had a pleasing voice, whenever story time came around my classmates asked me to be the one to read the stories to them. I changed the tone, accent and pace of my voice to bring the stories alive. I kept this going throughout all my life, with my own family. I am now looking for a voice-over job to explore my voice-over talents.

Additional Skills

I have a great sense of humour, enjoy my life very much and am very grateful for all the wonderful things I have seen and the people I met. I love music and dance, good food and wine but most of all my family and friends. One of my earliest recollection was writing and reading my stories to my parents. I have been told I am a natural communicator and I hope I am. I believe communication is our best hope for the future, personally and internationally. I also believe I a skill that is valuable, unusual and individual.
