I am very versatile with my voice talent. As an actress I am able to add that extra level to my readings. My “normal” voice is rich, low and sexy; perfect for narrations, promos and professional presentations. I am also able to do character voices and both a Southern and a proper British accent.
I lived in Vienna for 3 years and have the ability to read and speak German.

My Voice Experience

I worked in radio for 5 years as a DJ, news announcer, and commercial voice talent.

First at a country music station WXRL in New York, then at WUWU, an easy listening station, also in New York.
During this time I also worked for a local advertising agency doing both on-air and voice-over work, for everything from Public service announcements to "SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY" type commercials.
I was also the female spokesperson for "Your Health Today" weekly commercial/PSA in Buffalo, NY.

My Training

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Communication/Media, and have worked in radio or television ever since.

I also graduated with a B.A. in Theatre Arts/Performance and have also worked in theatre and television ever since.

I take weekly voice lessons for musical auditions, which keeps my voice very flexible and trained.

I am a producer at the My Monkey House Production Company in Los Angeles where I work on Documentaries. It is a small production company, so I perform many jobs there, including the interviews.

I am very passionate about any project I get involved in.

I am on the Board of Directors for 1736 Family Crisis Center in Los Angeles. They are a charity that helps women and children dealing with domestic violence.

My husband and I have begun the "In Times Of War" project, where we are doing our best to film as many interviews with World War II vets as we can before these personal stories are forever lost (they are dying at a rate of 1,200 a DAY!)

Every year I help produce a professional performance of "The Vagina Monologues" for the V-Day organization to help raise money and awareness about the plight of women all over the world who are dealing with violence.

My husband owns a Fat Boy Harley Davidson motorcycle, and one of our most favorite things to do is to take 15 days to ride up the coast and back! There is no way to describe that feeling of flying down those curvy roads with the never-ending ocean on one side and the tall hills with their amazing scents on the other.

I've adoped a kitty-cat, even though I am allergic, and named her Fred... before I realized she was a girl. I love cats, and dogs, and horses - wanted to be a veterinarian, before I realized I was allergic, and was bitten by the acting bug.
