My Voice Experience
Currently, my only experience is reading to children of friends and family and to high school and college students. I have read full-length novels, short stories, poems, and textbook chapters and excerpts aloud.
In my graduate cohort, several fellow students commended me for my animated reading and for my voice quality. After reading a children's story aloud in one class, one student asked me to record a story for him to help him sleep because my voice was so soothing. He told me he meant it as a compliment, and he was afraid I would be offended.
