I had never considered myself a "voice talent" or voice actor until I took a job at a call center doing technical support.

While on the phones at least one client a week would comment in regards to my voice.

Either they would tell me I had a great phone voice or they would become confused and assume that I was another of the many voice mail greetings and on hold messages they were required to navigate in order to get technical assistance.

My Voice Experience

Although I have no formal training in the field of voice over work I have done extensive work in video blogging and now podcasting.

Although my current podcast is very niche and more of a hobby than a profession I have taken the time, effort, and money to purchase professional sound equipment and have focused my efforts in order acquire a radio voice.

My Training

I have attended multiple classes and workshops on voice acting and the like.

I also spent three years lecturing computer networking and digital design classes at a technical school.

This experience provides me with the ability to quickly absorb and deliver almost any material to spec.
