Voice Description
My voice has been described as the "voice they'd like to have read to their kids". I have done commercials but am most comfortable doing narrations, training, and technical readings. I would do a GREAT job as the voice for Discovery Channel's "How Stuff Works". I have a warm, conversational voice in the baritone range.

My Voice Experience
My voice experience started when my high school drama coach taught me how to project from a stage so those in the last row could hear me. I got started doing voice overs when a local production studio owner heard me talk when we were at the same party. He wanted to know if I had ever done any voice over work, and I said I hadn't. He had me do a commercial for the local PBS station. That led to someone who works for another studio hearing the ad and asking me to do a commercial. Since then my primary experience has been in doing promotional videos for a couple of manufacturers, training videos for the world's largest cereal manufacturer, and for the largest college testing program company.
