My voice can usually be described as warm, friendly and fun, but I pride myself on being versatile as well. I can perform smooth, relaxed reads for narration and or travel commercials, and fun and exciting reads for upbeat commercials. I excel at reading projects designed for a younger audience, whether it's commercials aimed at a young audience, audio-books, or educational materials.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I can perform several character voices, and create new characters as well. Animated characters, usually younger sounding characters would be my specialty. I can do impersonations of the Sesame Street character Elmo, as well as Bullwinkle.

My Training

Vocal training class with Brian Thon, additional vocal training seminar with Heather Costa. While I was a Journalism major at California State University Long Beach, I took numerous Journalism classes including Radio and Television Broadcasting. I also took several communication classes taken icluding Public Speaking, and Story Telling. Took a year of Musical Voice Training while at Community College, and performing in a Chamber Choir. These lessons taught projection, and breath support, among other things.

My Studio Equipment

Studio microphone and recording software. Currently using audacity.

Additional Skills

With natural singing talent, and voice training, In addition to speaking roles, I can also perform any jingles necessary, or any additional singing for a project.
