My Voice Experience
My experience in voice-over work is derived from an acute ability to mimic people I hear. Everyone I have ever worked with has ended up a character in my book of voices. These range from the bottom-line General manager who speaks in sports cliches, to the abscent-minded software engineer. I practice by listening, not just to the director, but by creating an entire character for those brief 10-15 seconds. Give me a try, what have you got to lose?
