Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I have a broad range of accents and dialects. I grew up in Texas and became a professional actor at the Dallas Theatre Center and became profifient in many different accents, including Russian, Irish, English, French and German. American accents include New England, New York,
Southern,Texas, and Midwest. When I lived in Vancouver, Canada I was the spokesman for Labatt's Beer.

My Voice Experience

I am excited about increasing my promo and commercial and narration clients. I have a dynamic, versatile and expressive voice, I take direction well and am ready to record for your station or product anytime. All clients are welcome, no matter how large or small, you will be received professionally and enthusiastically.

I became the signature voice in Los Angeles of KCBS/TV, and KHOU in Houston as the Voice of “Channel 11 Listens”. Soon, I was signed to be the signature voice of WCNC, the NBC/TV affiliate in Charlotte, N.C., a happy marriage which lasted more than seven years. Commercial clients have included Labatt’s Beer, as their signature voice and Kaiser Permanente, and Geico.

My Training

I began college as a Radio-Television major and have worked professionally in the broadcast industry ever since. I produced and directed several award winning dramas for radio, then spent several seasons working in Repertory Theatre in the US and Canada, perfecting my acting skills in many leading roles, while voicing national commercials. Moving to Los Angeles, I quickly established myself as a working actor, starring in major motion pictures and television shows including "Grey's Anatomy," "ER." "Heroes," and the film "Old School."

My Studio Equipment

I have a state-of-the-art digital home studio equipped with 24/7 ISDN. I use the Sennheiser MKH 416 Studio microphone with a Mackie Mixer in a secure sound studio environment. I have a powerful computer and can create broadcast quality MP3’s with Audacity and Sound forge. The ever reliable Telos Zephyr is my incredible ISDN machine.

Additional Skills

Currently, I have a recurring role as a Dr. on General Hospital,as a priest on The Young and The Restless. I play the Govenor of Virginia in the new ABC pilot, INSIDE THE BOX, from the producers of GREY'S ANATOMY.
