My generic speaking voice is that of a middleaged white male who is about mid-sized. Although I'm from the Boston area, there is no accent. Unless you want one - I can do Boston, Maine, New York, English, Aussie, French and yes, Southern!
My Voice Experience
Currently doing freelance web-based voice work including cartoon voices, voiceovers for professionals, writing lyrics & music and other fun things. Previously worked in commercial rock radio as morning show personality and performed call-in gags as celebrities as well as producing commercial spots. I write & record my own music also, so if you need a jingle to go under my voice...
My Training
Learned to speak at around age 1. Began watching cartoons at age 3. No other training.
My Studio Equipment
Yamaha AW16g 16 track recorder with full editing & post production capability. Also Tascam DP-008 recorder, Tascam 388 reel to reel multitrack recorder, AT3030 vocal microphone. Yamaha drums, Fender and Steinberger bass guitars, Alvarez, Fender and Rainsong guitars.
Additional Skills
I can sing your name, slogan or anything that can be said in one breath in 4-part harmony! I write custom lyrics! I put your custom lyrics to music & record your song with either a guitar/vocal arrangement or a full drums/bass/guitar/vocal arrangement. Also jingle-writing! I've been in music actively since 1980.
