My voice is quite versatile and is quite suited for Narrations requiring bright, positive; dark, foreboding; mysterioso; plainspoken; sympathetic; hip, ironic; objective, scientific. A broad range of emotions. Suitable for documentaries,corporate training and product demos, radio and tv commercials, commemoritive videos, public service announcements, etc.
I can find rich, suave tones to sell cognac; dark, sexy voices to sell cars; or best-buddy pal for an upcoming event or sale.
I have a wide range of character voices and dramatic intonations, as well as the ability to read at different paces, cadence, and score emphasis.
I do effective cartoon and character voices and accents both broad and subtle, from Spanish, Scot, Italian, Russian and Baltic, Cockney to Queen's English, Aussie, Japanese,French, etc. Accents are researched and authentic sounding even to native speakers, and often can be modulated for different class distinctions.

Additional Skills

Trained in theater, I have performed pieces by Shakespeare, Harold Pinter, Sartre, Tennesee Williams over the last 15 years while pursuing creative projects in music and videography. I recently shot and edited a live music video for Vincent's Ear, as well as video for PTO and Live From The Freight and Salvage by Pamela Swain; currently producing comedy vignettes for on air radio syndication in the vein of 'Ducksbreath Mystery Theater' as well as a video biography of social anthropologist and activist Patricia Pyper, due out in 2011.
I have a good ear and take direction seriously, always strive to give the producer exactly what is asked for.
