My Voice Experience

Cheryl has hosted both live and voice-tracked radio programs including morning drive and specialty programs targeting demographics comprised of both young-adult ("Hot AC") and more mature, news-oriented listeners for the last 10 years.

Adjunctive to her on-air duties, Cheryl writes and edits copy in addition to fully producing commercials for broadcast on group-owned radio stations. She also creates on-demand "cold reads" and lavishly produced commercials for individual clients spanning North America, ranging from automobile dealerships to Fortune 500 corporations. Her voice can be heard throughout North America in commercials (both television and radio), corporate presentations, and on hold or IVR phone greetings and menus.

My Training

Cheryl's experience is largely derivative of an education in communication that led to a chance internship at a local radio station. Upon recognizing her untapped potential, one of the morning jocks with a wealth of experience successfully campaigned to get her on the air. She soon adjusted to her new environment, and under his veteran direction, quickly honed her skills to the point where she became the focal point of demographically-targeted format enhancements, and remained the personality of choice throughout numerous management changes - an uncommon occurrence in an industry typically fraught with fickle impermanence that speaks highly of her broader appeal.
