Voice Description

I have a naturally deep voice and it is very flexible. I can speak english and a little latin and am able to do almost any accent as long as I can hear it first. I am especially good at doing a british accent. I sing and am in in voice lessons. I can make my voice fun and spunky, convincing, deep, professional and take on the role of almost any character. Sometimes I can make my voice sound deep and scratchy for elderly people.

My Voice Experience

My sister is a very dramatic person and everyone thinks she will be an actress. So one day I decided to test this theory. I was home alone babysitting her and we were bored so I asked her to pretend the pillow was her boyfriend who she just found out cheated on her. I told her to act as though she were really in the situation. She wasn't able to put on a very convincing performance.
Recently we had a similar contest except I asked her to play the voice of Elizabeth Hurley. She can't. Her voice is too high pitched. I however can do that voice perfectly. And our "judge" agreed.
I also went through a phase of being a Pirates of the Carribean freak with my friend. We acted out the play everyday on the bus on the way to school. I did Johnny Depp's British accent perfectly. I was also able to act out other characters.
In the 4th grade we did A Midsummer Noight's Dream. I played one of the lead roles, Titania, the fairy queen.
