Voice Description

I studied classical voice at The HS of Music and Art and The Hartt school of music ay The University of Hartford. I would describe my voice as versitile in that I can perform light opera and classical pop music like the Platters, Sam Cooke, Johnny Mathis, Dean Martin Frank Sinatra. I love opera as performed by Pavarotti, Domingo, and Bochelli. I have performed the National Athem for The Washington Bullets before they became the The Wizards. I had three call backs for vocal audition for the Broadway Musical RENT but was lacking in Dance skills. I have a tenor to Baritone range. Close to James Ingram or Jefery Osbourne. At present the song that I perform the best would be " smoke gets in your eyes" I love the high notes and I can hit them with ease.

I can use an Irish Brogue, A new york accent, a bit of british. My Irish gets its inspiration from the movie "The Queit Man".I can't say the name Darby O'Gill without saying it with the accent. I was born and raised in New York City so my bronx accent comes naturally.

I Graduated from the HS of Music and Art in NYC as the Top Classical Tenor nd went on to the University of Hartford for a year of training and was accepted into the Opera workshop as a freshman which was not commom as most of the ensemble were Juniors and Seniors.
