My Voice Experience

In 1996 or so, I did voice over for a recruitment/admissions video for Southern University. I have done radio commercials from 1966-1972, and PSA's from 2005-present on non-commercial radio. My resume is not that long, so one asset is that I am a fresh voice (not overly familiar, which may lend itself to typecasting or overly used, which may lead to consumer tune out)

My Studio Equipment

I currently use a Marantz PMD 620 recorder, a professional microphone, an HP Pavillion laptop, and Audacity editiong capability. Although this seems meager (and it is), the Sports Director at American Urban Radio was amazed at the sound quality and thought it was done in a professional studio. I also have an offer to use my radio station studio when available.

I am in the process of making a serious upgrade and this section will be updated when my equipment has been installed.

Additional Skills

Well as indicated in the education section, I am also a psychologist. I have a private practice, as well as consult to law enforcement, and to companies who desire evaluation of employees show risk for threatening behavior.
