Voice Description

My voice is deep and distinct, with a slight southern accent that I can either mask or enhance depending on needs. Narration comes naturally for me, although I can make my voice fun or sexy for commercials, or throw on the classic cheesy radio dj/game show announcer disguise for over-the-top needs. My voice is also well-suited for professional presentations or on-hold/voicemail telephone system recordings. I'm not very good at impressions, but can develop unique voices for cartoon characters and the like.

My Voice Experience

I have recored telephone system recordings for Comcast Cable, BellSouth Telecommunications, The Trackside Shop, Exit Realty, Verizon Wireless, and Wireless Retail.

My Training

I studied Communication Arts at Shorter College, a private Baptist college located in Rome, GA. It was at Shorter College that I learned to DJ for radio and was urged to continue developing my voice by the head of the Communications Department, Dr. Rodney Metts.
