My Voice Experience

I've appeared in BBC radio drama, dubbed voices for pretty actresses who can't act in TV shows such as William Tell and the Patricia Highsmith series, and provided various different character voices for cartoons, in British and American accents;
I've voiced TV commercials for Kelloggs, Sony and Philips among many others.
I've voiced many campaigns for diverse clients including British Airways, Body Shop,
Greenpeace, The London Stock Exchange, Mercury and Cable and Wireless, National Rail, London Underground, Euro Star, Brittany Ferries (in French), United Artists, Sony, Philips and Motorola.
Recently voiced both Marge and Lisa Simpson as well as the original Moneypenny for this year's Xmas adverts.

My Training

With 25 years' experience (ongoing) in the advertising and voice over industry, I've sought to maintain the balance between respect for the presenter’s / writer's art and / or the standards set by the organisation, together with the accomplishment of tasks/goals in an organised, efficient manner with an attitude of pride, sensitivity and self-discipline. Adherence to stylistic standards.
B.Sc. honours in psychology, which requires exceptional standard of ability in writing in the English language.
Training: Arts Educational Trust, London UK :Trained in Drama, Dance and Singing.
Dropped out to front a CBS (now Sony) recording band called Trees, albums still selling!
My ex spouse was a BBC presenter and voice artist, and taught me everything he knew.
With him I co-hosted music radio shows syndicated to Kuwait.
I naturally got onto the commercial radio station circuit and became one of London's Capital Radio regular voices.
The UK Commercial Radio circuit of the 80's and 90's was a great training ground, the more versatile you were, the more work you got and it was here that I honed my character, accent and mimicry skills - I was one of the few voices that lost a lucrative outlet when Margaret Thatcher left the premiership...
