My Voice Experience
Though I am new to this arena, I am a seasonedToastmaster and have given many speeches. I won a contest for the most humerous speech which composed of speaking in order to draw the audience into a mystery. I have recorded greetings voice mail and on-hold voice messages. I have read stories to children and presented bardic tales to audiences.
My Training
The only formal training I have received for my speaking is in Toastmasters. I will add that as early as the 9th grade in high school my English teachers always encouraged me to do something that used my voice. I have done dramatic readings in school, using accents and always got an A in English for it.
