Achieve Global is one of the world’s largest soft-skills training company where I delivered its, Leadership, Customer Service and Sales programs at companies such as American Airlines, Air Canada, USDA, American Express, Bank of Montreal, United Health Care, Mayo Clinic, British Telecom, and Scottish Hydro Electric. I served as training manager in the Major Accounts division and lead the company’s master trainer certification process, as well as delivered Train-the-Trainer programs for all AchieveGlobal programs.
