My Voice Experience

Prior experience working in voice mail help desk position. Work with seniors assisting in explaining medicare, social security and other benefits. Provide assistance usually in conference calls to several agencies and have worked with Doctors, Lawyers, Members of Congress, Department of State, Diplomats, Ambassadors, Presidents and CEO's and other professionals.
