Voice Description

As a trained singer with a long career as a Marketing Executive, my voice is warm, melodic and professional. I have spent many years making persuasive sales presentations, and have worked extensively with voice-over talent while creating broadcast advertisements for my clients. My personal experience as a public speaker, performer and account manager has given me confidence, flexibility, the ability to take direction well, and a keen sense for delivering any message clearly and effectively. I am highly intelligent and very well educated, and my voice is particularly well-suited for academic and professional voice-overs, or any situation requiring a mature, inviting voice and clear delivery.

My Voice Experience

I have been performing and speaking in public, as well as coaching vocal talent as part of my professional career for over 30 years. I'm now ready to apply what I have learned in business to my own voice over career. I am determined and confident that I can be extremely successful in nearly any situation.

My Training

I have successfullly completed a training course in delivering voice overs taught by a local voice over professional.

Music was my major in college, with an emphasis in vocal performance. Over the years, I have sung with many highly-regarded choral groups. I've learned to take direction effectively and have a highly trained ear.

I have also worked extensively as an advertising executive, and have frequently worked with voice over talent while creating many, many broadcast ads -- TV, radio and online -- for my clients.

Having graduated from Smith College, I have a keen interest in acquiring knowledge and expanding my and others' intellectual horizons through my depth of experience with intellectual texts in the academic world.

My Studio Equipment

None, currently. I am not a sound engineer, but could have use of a local sound studio if required.
