I can also sing - not American Idol like, but I can carry a tune rather nicely.

My Voice Experience

This is a new ballgame for me, but something I have wanted to do for years. I have been encouraged by family, friends and co-workers to go for it, so here I am. My coach, Toria Tolley told me I have a knack for this and so I'm putting myself out there - hoping to get out of the everyday grind of corporate and into something more creative.

My Training

Certified Voiceover Talent from Clayton State University with Toria Tolley. Taking advanced class now, also with Toria, to keep my talent fresh.

I have been in drama since I was in 2nd Grade. I have done some local community theatre - The Depot Players in Conyers, Georgia and Clayton County Performing Arts Center. I am currently in a community choral group called the Tara Choral Guild.

My Studio Equipment

I currently don't have my own equipment, but if anyone is interested in hiring me, will get it right away. I do have friends with equipment until I get my own. Am looking into getting and H2 Zoom recorder mic., also the Sound Forge software. I really want to see if this is going to go anywhere before I invest too much. Trying to be a frugal gal in this economy!

Additional Skills

As stated before, I am pretty flexible. I'd love to find a long-term animated series or audio books that I can play make believe and get paid for it! I sing, have been in theatre, and am still studying to improve my skills.
