Voice Description
I have the ability to modulate my voice in a number of ways. I can sound like a vintage announcer with pear shaped tones. I can do a
"Will Stockdale" naive hillbilly, a Foghorn Leghorn effete southern snob, some cartoony Chicago mob, some bogus Eastern European and Pakistani (Apu). I have a strong high head tone
and a boomy resonant baritone. I can rasp in the style of Roy Rogers old sidekick. I can imitate
Peter Lorre, including the demented laugh.

My Voice Experience
Having been in the music business for thirty plus years, I have had the opportunity to MC
numerous performances of my early music ensemble,
swing band, tango band etc. at outdoor arts festivals, clubs, parties, weddings, etc. as well as having participated in numerous pop symphony engagements where there was a MC,and having been a staff musician at several large, well funded churches where the speakers all went to school to
learn how to talk like that-I have gained much from this. I played the role of "Leon Loudmouth"
in the Alabama Shakespeare Festival Theater's production of "Lost Highway"- being the Hank Williams story (1999). I have recorded dozens of my own songs, have recorded on others' albums, and have been a special abilities extra in two made for TV movies.
