My Voice Experience

I have worked in the radio and tv industry now for 20-years...mostly in radio, but more recently in tv. I have been a radio announcer for all types of music and I hosted a morning talk show for five years. I do sports play-by-play on both radio and tv. I do baseball and softball for the Jacksonville State Sports Network at Jacksonville State University and I do football play-by-play with WJXS-TV24 where I am also the Executive Producer and Host of my own morning show. I am also the 2007 receipiant of the Alabama Broadacasters Association "ABBY" Award for Small Market Radio Sportscaster of the Year.

My Training

To be quite honest, most of my training has been "on-the-job". I did attend Samford University for a couple of years before getting a radio job and leaving school to continue working...that was way back in 1987 and I have worked in radio and tv ever since!
