Voice Description
When I'm with friends I manage to keep my voice relaxed and not too lofty. My voice is by no means a quiet one, but it is not as if I am yelling often either. Rather, I speak loud enough for those around me to hear me and not have to ask for me to repeat something.
When I am meeting with someone for the first time or am talking to someone in a formal setting, my voice is able to clear up and become exemplary of pronunciation and enunciation. In formal settings I can be very polite and exercise excellent grammar.
My accent reflects that of a northern male (I am from Ohio) and does not have much other dialect than that.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
Characterizations are not my specialty, though I do like to impersonate the occasional person when their voice is tthhaatt off the wall.
My dialect is that of a Midwest (Ohio) male. I am very plainly spoken and easy to understand.
My Voice Experience
All voice over experience that I have had has been on student projects within our motion picture program here at the University of Miami. I do not do voice overs on my own projects, but have been asked to do so for certain characters that required them in other students' projects. It has always been an enjoyable experience, and I have personally added some voice overs in my projects (other peoples' voices) so I have minor experience editing them into film through Final Cut Pro.
My Training
I have been studying Motion Pictures at the University of Miami for 3 years now, and plan on getting my communication degree upon graduating in spring 2011.
I also study philosophy at the University of Miami, and plan on getting a degree in arts and sciences in spring 2011 as well.
I graduated from New Albany High School, in New Albany, Ohio in the spring of 2007.
Helping others out with their film projects over the past few years has given me more and more experience with capturing voice on film and on tape. I plan on continuing my sound studies with a sound design course that I am scheduled for at the University of Miami in the fall.
My Studio Equipment
Mbox.
Mbox mini.
Multiple types of Microphones.(and appropriate cables)
Mic Stand and screens.
Bass Guitar equipment (amp, bass, cables, pedal board)
Additional Skills
I work on the visual design for Bonnaroo, one of the biggest music festivals in the nation, so I will be out of town consistently from June 5th - June 17th. For most of those days I will be away from all of my audio recording equipment. Also I will only be working with a visual design crew, so there is no way for me to record out in the field that it is held at. Please excuse my absence during that time period.
Also, I will be working 15 hours a week for the second half of the summer at the Information Technology Computer Labs on the University of Miami campus. Any work besides that might have to schedule around the lab hours. However, 15 hours a week does not entail many shifts to try to schedule around.
