My Voice Experience

Whilst yet to gain any actual professional experince as a voiceover artist, I have spent most of my young life in activities involving my voice.

During my time at Stirling University I was involved in a number of amatuer dramatic productions, both those written by students and well known pieces such as 'Harvey', 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' and most notably the role of Larry in Patrick Marber's 'Closer'. All of these productions took place in professional theatres to paying audiences. I also had roles in many comedic sketches written by my peers for numerous shows, many of which required a wide array of accents and impersonations.

I also acted in many student films and radio dramas, both as coursework and as an extracurricular activity, giving me experince in voice work for the camera and in a professional radio studio.

Since leaving University I have continued to act in local student films, and undertaken classes at the UK Theatre School in Glasgow to further hone my voice skills.

I have also forged links with a local recording studio, Up Next Studios, becoming a voice talent they can offer to clients seeking their services in the recording of audio books and other similar projects.
