Byron is multi-talented voice artist with over 35 years’ experience in radio & television commercial voicing, movie and television animation and corporate narration. He has a wealth of character voices for use in commercial production and animation. Byron is an extremely versatile performer offering a wide variety of voice styles ranging from soft sell/high end to regular, friendly guy to stand-out hard sell.

My Training

I graduated from the National Institute of Bradcasting" in 1971 and got my first job in radio as a DJ which I did for the first 10 years. Over the years I have attended many seminars and voice over clinics and continue to work on and improve my voice over skills.

My Studio Equipment

I have my own small home studio.

I use a Focusrite "Voice Master" microphone preamplifier

40 series Audio-technica microphone

Pro Tools M-Powered 7 recording software and Delta 44 Sound Card

The audio is pure & clean with the ability to add special effects eg: echo,delay pitch shift etc.

Additional Skills

I am currently have been the production manager of a local radio station cluster in Calgary, Alberta, Canada for the past 27 years. I voice and produce commercials and direct talent everyday.
