Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I'm South African, but from a British family so my accent falls between the two...though I'd say I'm without a particularly strong accent. I'm also fluent in two African languages, namely Zulu and Xhosa. I'm fluent in Afrikaans (which is close to Dutch). I lived in Ireland for many years, so am familiar with the various Irish accents. I can also do Australian and New Zealand accents.
My Voice Experience
I'm a filmmaker and have done a great deal of work behind and in front of the camera. My voice-over work has been for my own documentary and commercial projects, as well as for projects of colleagues and associates.
I've done voice-over work for Brazilian and Mexican commercials and promos, providing the English translation.
