Voice Description

My voice is naturally warm, has depth and is considered distinctive. I am able to be flexible to sound light and fun in commercial work and also perform anything serious and structured, from newscasts to traffic reports to professional presentations. I can sound sexy, in an earthy way or an airy-fairy way or I can be ridiculous and silly. My laugh is deep. I speak American English as my native language and speak German as a second language with a strong 'native' pronunciation versus an americanized pronunciation.

My Voice Experience

I've had extensive experience in theatre arts which includes theatre, television and radio. Additionally I've earned my degree in Mass Communications/Environmental Education with a concentration in radio. My experience has been broad and varied which includes working in all aspects of radio production at the university station, including the writing and voicing of promos and PSA's. Professionally I have 5 years experience in commercial radio as Show Host, voicing station imaging, performing interviews, voicing liners, PSA's and commercials which includes the writing and production of these elements. From my youth through my early twenties my experience included limited television commercial experience, chorus work in an opera, acting lessons and workshops, additionally performing extensively in community and high school theatre, university theatre and professional summer stock theatre.
