My Voice Experience

I've always had a flare for the dramatics and I've always wanted to be infront of a crowd. My mom use to joke that I didn't need a micro phone give me a crowd and all I need to entertain is my voice.

Worked as the afternoon host for Radio NL, live onair 12nn to 6pm weekdays.

On location for the big events during weekends.

Plus doing the Country Count Down weekly for Radio NL.

Then I moved to TV reporting at Shaw Cable in Kelowna. Found, recorded, voiced and edited all of my own pieces.

Cruise Ship life was my next big opportunity to use my voice talents. I worked as a Port Lecturer on Holland America and Carnival Cruise lines for the last two years. This job includes giving hour long talks on port history, the recommended stores in port and diamonds and gemstones. This gave me the opportunity to ad lib stories, play the excited part as well as the very serious role for history.
