My Voice Experience

I have produced and narrated numerous military broadcast stories, including one that won an award for "Best Deployed News Report."

I have also narrated numerous military change-of command and retirement ceremonies. Some people refer to me and my work as the "Voice of III Corps."

My Training

I am a 2006 graduate of the Defense Information School (DINFOS) Army Broadcaster Course, which compresses a bachelor-degree's worth of study into approximately two months of intensive training. There I received training in writing for radio & television, voice over and narration, as well as radio/television production and video editing.

My Studio Equipment

I currently use a simple lavaleire microphone, but will soon be upgrading to the Zoom H2 for my recording. Software I use includes Audacity, as well as Magix Movie Edit Pro, which has remarkably good audio editing capabilities.

Additional Skills

In addition to voice over and narration, I am also skilled in video production, including editing and camera work. I am also a capable writer for both print and broadcast products.
