My Voice Experience
I currently do radio show introductions for a weekly broadcast of sermons from Living Word Lutheran Church in Grapevine, TX. (FM 100.7) These are also available as podcasts at ITunes.
I have performed Musical, Opera and Oratorio solo work for over 20 years, including past performances with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Minnesota Orchestra, Ex Machina Baroque Opera Theater. I was a featured soloist for a segment called "Opera on the Farm" for CBS Sunday Morning with Charles Kuralt in 1993. Musical roles have included Mikado in "The Mikado", Ali Ben Ali in "The Desert Song."
I also play a very decent guitar, flatpick style, can sing and play blues, folk, bluegrass.

Additional Skills
I was always the class clown. My first accent was German. I can do a tear-jerking Dieter (you may pet my monkey) and an awfully authentic Ole or Sven also. My Walter Brennan brings tears of laughter to anyone who knew his voice.
I am a very good reader with an extremely low error rate and no unwanted verbal pauses. I am also very good with more complex words/phrases, biblical word pronunciations, technical terminology, etc.
I am a rabid science fan, reader of biographies, theology, but I also ride and maintain my own Harley-Davidson Road King motorcycle. I can vary from stuffy Brit Snob to Red Green.
I am also a Senior Software Engineer, MCSD certified since 1998, and I have learned to hate computer programming.
My wife and I met each other when she was a waitress and I was a cook at Bernie's Jewish Delicatessen in St. Louis Park, MN.
