Voice Description

Brian & Krysstal are a musical comedy double act on the London Comedy Circuit.


Brian: My voice is naturally warm and deep ranging from deadpan to extremely silly. Accents from Southern Irish (I lived there as a child) - London Cockney to BBC Jolly Hockey Sticks.

You might have noticed... there are two of us.

Krysstal: has voices ranging from a very young child to a little old lady and everything in between. Accents: BBC (Received Pronunciation) Yorkshire, Australian,Southern Irish, Scottish, Cockney, and various silly voices.

Krysstal is an extremely talented and versatile actress who was based in Sydney Australia for 20 years so is just as happy with her Aussie accent as she is with her native Yorkshire.

We can write perform and record silly songs to your specifications.

Although particularly interested in comedy based projects we are more than happy to be serious for a while.

My Voice Experience

We both have many years experience as professional stand up comedians in the UK. In the last seven years we have also performed in the UK, South Africa, Australia, Spain and Norway.

We have performed our own shows at The Edinburgh Festival each year since 2000 and will be there again in 2009.

My Training

We recorded a comedy CD in 2000 called Silly Songs.

One of our songs "Hannibal the Cannibal" was featured on BBC Radio 2 as part of The Arthur Smith Lectures.

Woman's Hour BBC Radio 4 - Brian played part of The Doctor in Meryl O Rourke's "Hysterical Method of Conception"

We have just finished our second CD "Spudcast"
It too is very silly.

Additional Skills

Brian plays guitar & keyboards and writes very silly songs (Johnny Cash meets Chas n Dave) Vicky blows and shakes various musical instruments for comedy effect. She specialises in tambourine and mouth-organ and is currently doing a course in kazoo playing.
