My Voice Experience

Authoratative delivery for narrations and presentations.
Smooth and deep for commercials. Genuinely friendly and pleasant for story telling.
Although a professional talent, have not done freelance in a number of years so mine is not an overused voice in any market.

My Training

Growing up in a family owned chain of radio stations, I have been doing commercial production since I was 12. This includes personality voice overs for radio programs, reading news copy, and hosting call in shows.
This background led to emcee work, acting on stage and screen, and a career as a television reporter and anchor.
Other activities included reading books for the blind, historical narrations for the oil and gas industry, and even telephone greeting messages.

My Studio Equipment

Home studio for auditions, with Sennheiser MD 421 microphone and dbx 286A mic pre amp/processor. I have ISDN, phone patch and Skype. I have access to local production studios at a local radio station and an ad agency.

Additional Skills

Can take direction. Have experience with excellent producers during early years in radio. Was able to deliver wide range of inflextion. Have continued to do work for former co-workers and colleagues by mail and email and have been able to produce specific deliveries of my voice on demand.
