Voice Description

I have been working in radio in some capacity now for over a decade and have a somewhat traditional DJ voice. I am also involved in several independent projects for podcasts and pro bono work. My experience is primarily with comedic reads and produced commercial reads for radio. I do characters but my resume thus far mostly consists of commercial radio spots and public service announcements.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

Most of the characters I do are original ones but I also do some impressions and accents as well. I specialize in professional commercial production and comedic reads.

My Voice Experience

My voiceover career to this point has been primarily commercial production for Citadel in Portland, Maine. I have voiced spots for 102.9 WBLM, 94.3 WCYY, 97.9 WJBQ, 98.9 WCLZ, and 94.9 WHOM. I have also done a spot for the Animal Radio Network.

My Training

I graduated from the University of Maine in Orono with a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting. I have been involved in radio for over ten years and have a stage performance background as well including a concentration in Theater.

My Studio Equipment

I have access to a plethora of recording software including Cool Edit, Adobe Audition, and Pro Tools. I work at a radio station that encourages outside projects so I have access to a professional production studio.

Additional Skills

I have written and recorded many comedy skits that can be found on the Internet and have a background in stage performance. I am also an active stand-up comic in New England.
