Voice Description
My voice naturally has a deep sensuous quality, where depending on the direction, can range from raspy sexy to nasal and cooky. For commercials, my first approach is sexy and fun ...and sometimes a bit naughty (as evidence from the copy I am often given) but always given with enthusiasm. My psa's are open and sincere, as are my narrations, where my industrials and presentations are forthright and professional.
I am IPA proficient, but have had experience and success with the cockney, British RP, Irish, American Southern and Mid-West, and NYC Brooklyn dialects.

My Voice Experience
There are only two things a girl with a deep raspy voice can do, either a drag show or voiceover work. I chose the latter. A dancer my whole life, I learned the art and specificity of movement. As an actor I was trained to use my voice as well as my body to express emotion and tell a story. In front of the microphone, I have learned to use all of this same intensity on a very small stage.
I was the acting and voiceover talent for several Saturn dealerships in New Jersey used for local commercials.
I am currently the voice talent for all of the Village of Wappingers Falls municipal building's voicemail greetings.

*6 week voiceover training course at Mike Lemon Casting
*3 years studying under dialect coach Jim Demonic
