Voice Description

I have a very adaptable voice, fit for nearly every project. But more importantly, I have a tremendously tuned ear for hearing vocal patterns, mimicking accents, and reproducing quality sound alikes.

My natural range is baritone, with a smooth reassuring quality that sounds effortless. This helps with earnest voiceover projects and narration type readings.

My ability however expands all the way to a high falsetto, deep bass, and everything on the spectrum.

In addition, I can expand and temper my voice to a fast paced, hard hitting tempo, ideal for hard sell commercials and terms and conditions. And on the polar opposite, grind tempos and tones to a silky and pleasing medium.

My Voice Experience

I have been performing and obtaining self-initiated voiceover jobs for over 2 years. I trained for several months with voiceover coach Dan Balestrero in Los Angeles, CA. During which time, emphasis was placed on finding and developing unique voice attributes, and expanding one's voice to it's limits, testing myself in creative ways.

I have also performed in over a dozen plays, to include musical and traditional theater (comedy/drama), lending to the vital necessity every VO artist needs in developing characters that make ads, commercials, and recordings significant and meaningful.

Prior jobs include radio ads, narration for classical music history pieces, PC games and character acting for the well known "Neverwinter Nights" PC role playing game series.

My Training

As mentioned above, my most extensive training in VO is done through mimic action and passion.

I sought formal voice training in Los Angeles through Dan Balestrero, continuing my acting, and through voiceover reference books from well known voice talent D.C. Douglas.
