My voice is a naturally warm and pleasing baritone, but can become stern, professional, or authoritative. I am adept at mimicry, character reading, and domestic as well as foreign accents including British English, East European, Japanese, German, and Latin American.
As a native English speaker with fluent iJapanese, I can create and reproduce characters in both languages for any type of situation.
I can recreate movie and television characters as well, drawing from both popular and niche material.

My Voice Experience

My base training consists of acting courses both prior to, and in, several California universities.
In addition, I have taken numerous public speaking courses, and was a volunteer teacher and story teller for elementary students for over two years.
I have performed in Japan in a collegiate group, doing light comedy sketches, and semi-professional club performances headlining for local bands.
In Europe, I recorded openings for a minor record label, and worked with the artists on English pronunciation and diction.

Additional Skills

I am one of the very few who enjoys public speaking. I welcome the chance to perform in front of crowds, small gatherings, or behind a microphone.

Any opportunity to use my voice is a joy for me, wither I receive any direct benefit or not.
I have worked in sales since the age of 13, and consider myself very adept at communicating to, and with, audiences both large and small.

Performance art is something that I am naturally drawn to, and I believe that both my natural gifts and real world experiences have helped me to shape both the characters that I create, and the manner in which I speak. Given base guidelines, I can vocally perform in any way that is desired.
