Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
Am able to do several dialects from German (gruff and harsh to gentle), British (more of a sophisticate but versatile.), Australian (bit of a casual Aussie!), Asian (Chinese - Japanese parody, harsh Samurai to gentle villager) Spanish or Mexican-American (From European rolling "RRR's" to vato from ELA!), French (arrogant to mild!), Swedish is mild, a dang good southern Texan to a slurry Southern Georgian, a mean & nasty New Yorker, a Foster Brooks style drunk, a decent Pee-Wee Herman, and able to try several cartoon characters.
My Voice Experience
I am new to trying to sell my voice, but in the past I worked as a Truck Driving Instructor and have been able to have students hear my instructions while standing outside while they drove the big rig alone in the large training area. I did make a training video detailing how a student would perform a Pre-trip inspection for the DMV examiner in order to get their licence.
My Training
I was involved in Theater Arts in High school, and performed in several school productions, including "Don't drink the water!" where I played "Francios The French chef" using an angry, tempermental French accent. Also acted in "The Male Animal" as "Wally Meyers" the school jock in love!
My Studio Equipment
none to speak of.
Additional Skills
I am a Teamster in Hollywood #399, have been involved in many productions of TV and Film and know my way around sound stages and recording studios, I get along with everyone as best as is expected of me.
