Voice Description
In my career I have done mostly straight, friendly voiceovers. But I have been called on to perform in a sarcastic style. My range is anywhere from highly agitated to almost asleep. My voice quality is baritone, but I've also done a deep, "voice of God" on occasion.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I do various dialicts including Stodgy Englishman (a butler for example), Australian, French, Spanish, Middle Eastern (although that is not generally called for these days), and stoner or surfer dude. I have also done a variety of Halloween voices like Dracula, Boris Karloff and Peter Lorre (as in Ren & Stimpy) and a cackling witch. And I do a killer Jimmy Stewart.
My Voice Experience
I have done straight retail for car, boat, furniture and RV dealerships. Also funny characters for animated video and narrations for corporate video presentations, including "how-to" instruction videos and following the manufacturing process.
My Training
I started my performing career as a musician, playing sax, clarinet and flute in rock and jazz bands. In high school my training was as a classical clarinetist and during college I supplemented my income by giving private lessons. Then I went into radio, working for top-40 and country personality-oriented stations for more than 20 years.
My Studio Equipment
I use a computer studio called Cool Edit 2000. It is a full 16 track studio with a full assortment of special effects available. I also have a licensed production music package and sound effects for most situations.
Additional Skills
I worked for 10 years as an advertising agency Creative Director, copywriter and producer of radio and tv ads.
I am my senior year short of a college music degree.
