Voice Description
I have 20 years of play-by-play sportscasting experience in the sport of ice hockey, so my usual sound is sharp and rhythmic, with a wide range of emphases. I also, however, possess the talent and capability to leap back-and-forth among anything from a leisurely basso-profundo to a wired, helium-induced-sounding mania.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I can perform accented English of almost any variety, including Southern US, New England, Minnesota, California, etc., as well as a Canadian accent and a Hispanic accent. I am a language buff, and while I cannot claim to be fluent in any other tongue than English, I can read and perform just about any language that uses the European alphabet, and have dabbled enough in Spanish and nearly all the European languages to voice English in any conceivable accent.
My Voice Experience
In my 20 years in the sport of hockey, I have voiced innumerable promotional spots for the various teams I have called games for, as well as in-game spots for any number of non-agency sponsorship clients of those teams. These were always done as part of my role as play-by-play voice of whatever team I was with, and I am seeking to branch out further in the business of voice work, both within and outside the sports world.
My Training
I have no formal voice training, but I have 20 years of high-level professional sports play-by-play experience, as well as a degree in Linguistics from Harvard University and extensive language skills.
